Founding Partner
Behnam Nadimfard is a founding partner of Nadimfard Golpira LLP. He represents individuals and businesses in employment law, personal injury and accident benefits claims, insurance and property disputes, commercial litigation, construction disputes, condominium disputes, and broader civil litigation matters.
Before co-founding the firm, Behnam worked at multiple leading Bay Street litigation and employment law firms, where he was involved in complex, high-stakes disputes for institutional clients, employers, insurers, businesses, and individuals. That experience shaped the way he practises: careful preparation, disciplined evidence review, strategic negotiation, and a clear understanding of how sophisticated opposing parties assess risk, pressure, and settlement.
Behnam brings that litigation discipline to every file, whether he is advising an employee after a termination, defending an employer against a workplace claim, advancing an accident benefits or insurance dispute, pursuing a construction payment claim, or helping a business respond to a commercial conflict. His approach is direct and practical. He identifies the legal issues, isolates the facts that matter, explains the risks clearly, and builds a strategy that fits the client’s goals and the value of the dispute.
Behnam also holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, giving him a practical understanding of how workplaces operate, how businesses make employment decisions, and how legal disputes affect management, employees, workplace culture, and business risk. He uses that perspective to advise both sides of workplace disputes with clarity and commercial realism.
Behnam has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
Behnam advises clients in both English and Farsi, allowing him to build trust, communicate clearly, and guide clients through sensitive and high-pressure disputes without language becoming a barrier.
